• When is payment due:

  • At the time the order is placed.

• What is the ETA from time of payment?

  • Due to full-time school and work schedules, I do not offer a firm ETA. Most orders ship between 4-8 weeks, but I have to prioritize those other commitments first.

• What is your refund policy?

  • I do not offer refunds for orders. Payment reserves a spot in the books, order in materials, and invest in shop equipment.

• Where can I see examples of materials and build options?

  • Instagram is the best place to see examples of past work. I do not have an example of every material for every model and do not have galleries by model set up on this site yet.

• Whats the best way to contact you?

  • The quickest way is via Facebook Messenger or Instagram DMs. You’re also welcome to email via the Contact Me section, but those are only checked weekly at best.
